Tips on Packing Smart (Part 2)

Pack it according to your bag:
Rolling and folding are expert-packer methods whilst bundling is for advanced travelers.
Rolling is great for unstructured bags, for stretchy knit fabrics that are unlikely to wrinkle, including T-shirts, workout pants, light sweaters, and jersey dresses, as well as jeans.
To roll a:
• Pair of pants, fold pants in half lengthwise so that the back pockets face outward. Roll tightly from the cuffs to the waistband

• Straight skirt or dress, first fold each sleeve backward then fold the entire garment in half lengthwise. Roll from the bottom hem up.

• Winter down jacket, squeeze it, then roll it the same way you would a top, squeezing as much air out of it as possible then secure tightly with string or large rubber bands to prevent it from coming undone. Slip it into a pillowcase and you’ve even got a germ-free headrest for the plane
Folding is great for structured suitcases; wrinkle-prone fabrics, such as linen, rayon, silk and tailored garments (dress shirts, woven skirts, trousers, jackets) and thick sweaters.
To fold a:
• Dress shirt, lay it buttoned-up, face down and flat. Center a magazine below the collar. Fold in the right side of the shirt, using the magazine’s edge as a guide. Take the arm and position it straight down, parallel to the shirt’s body. Repeat on the opposite side. Fold the bottom of the shirt so that the hem touches the shoulders. Slide out the magazine from the top.

• Pair of dress pants, fold along the center creases or the side seams so that the legs stack on top of each other. Fold in half so that the waist touches the hem. Fold in half again Full skirt or dress, fold it in half lengthwise so that the side seams line up. Fold the angled edge inward to form a rectangle. Fold the garment in half horizontally or, if it’s on the longer side, in thirds. Then pack it on top of everything else in the suitcase
Bundling is great for structured suitcase; (doesn’t work so well with weekenders or duffel) and a mix of unstructured and tailored clothing.
To bundle:
• Layer all your clothes around a core object, like an organizer pouch, so there are no hard creases

• Each garment should be buttoned or zipped and placed face-up (face-down for jackets).
•Place tailored garments that wrinkle easily on the outside of the bundle, cushioned by both the other clothes and the core Add pieces that are less likely to wrinkle (near the core). Lay short dresses and tops vertically, alternating north and south, and long dresses and bottoms horizontally, alternating east and west. (sequence from the outer layer in: jackets, short dresses, long-sleeve shirts, short-sleeve shirts, pants, long dresses, skirts, sweaters, knits, and shorts Starting from the top of the pile, wrap each garment around the core

•Luckily for you, there’s no luggage weight limit when traveling with Rental Bus Charter. But, with these handy tips, you’ll be able to pack light and travel on without any hassle.

Tips on Packing Smart (Part 1)

Going on a journey always mean packing lots of luggage, then having to carry it or fit it in the car boot. Luckily when you travel with Rental Bus Charters’ party bus, charter bus, coach charter, mini bus, or sleeper coaches, the luggage is all taken care of for you. But you’ve still got to pack that luggage.
Packing can always be challenging. You have that much stuff, to fit into that little a limited space in the rental bus. So how can you bring it all with you on your journeys? Well, the trick is to learn how to pack smart.
Organize your items using Packing Cubes. This way, you can pack similar items into the same cubes or to plan your clothes by sorting them into different cubes. Padded cubes are excellent for bulky electronic devices and keeping their power cords from getting tangled with other stuff in your luggage.
One can never be quite sure how clean public surfaces are, especially your seats, beds or even elevator buttons. Remedy this by carrying a portable bottle of disinfectant that you can spray onto surfaces or squeeze onto your hands to ensure your exposure to anything non-hygiene remains controlled at all times. This special tip was brought to you by experienced charter bus tour visitors and organizers who have really seen and done it all.
A portable external battery pack is perfect solution for powering or recharging your electronic devices such as digital music players or mobile phones. And with a few adapters, you can use this solution anywhere in the world, whether you are visiting in a charter bus or flying around.
The air-conditioning systems on most modes of travel can turn chillingly cold at night so bring a jacket or a portable blanket so you can stay toasty and comfortable. This also allows you to create a small personal cocoon of privacy in the bus rental vehicle that you are traveling in.
Download an e-book or two or more, onto a kindle, android tablet or iPad and spend those not-so-interesting times reading. If you’re traveling to a place in a coach bus for the first time, download a travel book or travel tips from various online sources for that location.
Sometimes, all one needs to block out the noise at a transport transit hub or traffic jam in the bus charter vehicle is some good tunes. Download your favorite playlist into a digital music player and simply turn it on when the surroundings turn you off.
Never fret again when it comes to charter bus traveling and enjoy your trip to the max with Rental Bus Charter and with these handy tips, you’ll be in control of practically every aspect of your trip.
